The finalized draft of the updated WCG/WCB Bylaws has been posted under the "Documents" tab and also attached here. After mailing to all Waverly residents on September 9th, two suggestions were made by the October 1 deadline by community members and incorporated into the draft. They were: Adding as a 4th paragraph under Section IV, "Purpose:" "The Waverly Community Group and the Waverly Community Board are not political or governmental groups and as such will not make recommendations to the County or other groups on behalf of the community," and, under Section VII, "Meetings," in Paragraph A, changing posting notice of meetings from two weeks to one to give more flexibility to volunteers in getting information prepared.
